Mrs Murray’s Senior Infants do a zoom Talent Show

Senior Infant’s in room 4 did an amazing end of year talent show on zoom. I was blown away, the talent was incredible. We had beautiful poetry recitals, reading paragraphs from our favourite book in our best wow voice, showing our creative drawings/painting, presenting colourful clay models of sea creatures, riddles, gymnastics in the form of the bridge, creative Father’s day cards, a project on our own Galway hurler Joe Canning, a model helicopter demonstration, mesmerizing Maths facts, and a lego demonstration. Our fabulous twins Ashley and Cayden composed their own poem which they recited, I have attached it here. I think their poem summarizes how we all feel, and yes Ashley and Cayden are right-It won’t be long and we will be back together. Well done to all in Senior Infants. Here is the poem:

”I love school. I think it’s pretty cool. We have lots of fun, when all our work is done.

Our teacher is Mrs Murray, and Theo our friend is very furry. We have not been in school since March. We miss our friends and seeing the arch!

Won’t be long and we’ll be back. All together having the craic. HAPPY SUMMER. “
