Dear Parents                                                    Issue: 23                                                         June 12th 2019

A Parents Council meeting of Scoil Chroí Naofa was held on Monday night. I chaired this meeting. I informed the Parents Council that a future amalgamation with the boys school is being investigated and why this is the case at this time. As secretary of the Board of Management I wanted to offer parents on the Parents Council the opportunity to input into this discussion and to afford council members the opportunity to ask questions. As soon as further information becomes available this will be shared with you. In the meantime I invite all parents to please put in writing (email/letter) any queries/feedback you may have in relation to this proposed development for our school, by Friday the 21st of June and to submit them to the school. Every effort will be made to address these queries as soon as we are in a position to do so.

Booklists for 2019 / 2020

Booklists for the next school year are being given out to all the children this week. Anyone interested in availing of the Book Rental scheme is asked to complete the “Book Rental Order Form”. The completed form, along with the exact amount of money due should be returned to the class teacher in a sealed envelope before Friday June 21st. All of the orders will be collected and children will receive their books as soon as possible.
